Blur is the new gaming arcade at Sathyam Cinemas. It sports few Nintendo Wii’s, many PC games, array of XBOX & PS3 Consoles and a whole floor of traditional arcade game machines (Car racing, Shooting and Flight Simulation).

The Best thing about Blur @ Sathyam Cinemas Chennai is it’s pricing. It’s priced by the hour. At 60 rupees an hour with an option to play anything (any combination) it really feels like amusement park with an entry fee. The management is good. They even serve you anything to drink ($$$) right at your console, so that you spend every single minute gaming.

Great Fun! I had water along and friend to accompany on motor bike. Tried riding just behind the motor bike to get away from heavy wind break on beach road. I need to get a little more comfortable with my saddle before I can make it a regular affair. No sweat!

Finally, after a lot of thinking and reading I settled down on purchasing roadfox 0050.

Fame brings money – that’s what exactly happened to Sania Mirza – a promising young tennis star from Hyderabad, India. Typical of most Indian news channels she got the extra unwanted coverage. When Aaj Tak can tell you about minute to minute update on Karishma’s wedding including what toilet soap was used for the guests, Sania’s feature was no shock to me.

This talented young star who was groomed by C.G.K Bhupati at his academy in Bangalore has been winning titles as a junior all the way. She very rightfully is not encouraging the non-sense media coverage nor is she going mad about the money that is flowing in from her sponsors. She asked media to step out when she made a visit to a Orphanage in Kolkotta.

I hope she continues winning ahead and hope inspires many other tennis players.

I have been following up Olympics for the first time, watching out for all the popular events at this grand sports celebration. It’s thrilling and really inspiring to see the best of the world perform.

India hasn’t had great luck. Indian hockey in particular disappointed lot of fans back home. While Rathod brought some glory, all eyes are now glued at tomorrows long jump final in which Anju Bobby Geogre is participating. I sometimes wonder how China really dominated the tournament. Americans winning is still understandable – they all have enough money to nuture talent. It’s high time Indian sports lovers look beyond cricket.

I am optimistic about future of Indian atheletics and hockey. In 2012 we should rank in the top 20 countries. We can make difference by watching more of these sports and create awareness about it amoung our peers.
