Yamaha has just opened a new music store in Chennai featuring Pianos, Synth, wind instruments and home theatre systems. The Music Square is located in Nungambakkam. The Music Square store address is:

The Yamaha Music Square, a first of its kind music store was inaugurated by world-renowned musicians, jazz artist Louis Banks and ace percussionist Sivamani along with Mr Kozaburo Kume, Managing Director of Yamaha Music India Private Limited, in Chennai, today. Ghajini audio release is scheduled for 22 Nov.

Ghajini is Aamir Khan’s new movie based on the Tamil movie Ghajini (which is based on an English movie Memento). It is one of the most awaiting Aamir Khan movie after Rang De Basanti. The audio release is scheduled for 22 Nov. The music is directed by A.R Rehman.

Aamir Khan has had a unique hair style for each of his movies starting with Dil Chahta Hai. In Ghajini Aamir has a Bald look, noticeable in most of the Advertisements he has done off late. Here is one of them (TITAN Ad):

I hope the music of Ghajini turns out to be as good as Lagaan or DCH.

Sandeep Narayan and Swarna Rethas are probably the most well know young and upcoming carnatic musicians learning under Sanjay Subrahmanyan. I had an opportunity to capture a few moments.
