Apart from that I think a combination of Apple+Tab and Expose allows to sort out many windows. Tabbing apps like Safari is also helpful, and using smultron (a tabbed text editor) also helps. It does do a good job. Gave up after seeing the $20 tag that came along! While using it, i realized that what essentially did was to provide a 'taskbar' kind of place to move your windows to(minimized of course).
