Windows Live Writer: Offline blogging made easy

Ever wanted to write a blog entry when not connected to the internet? Always left the need for a familiar word processing tool that could let you blog without opening a web browser? Wanted to blog at work and still wanted to send a busy-with-work signal to your boss? If you answered yes or maybe for any one of the question quickly head to Windows Live Writer.

Windows Live Writer is Microsoft’s new software that lets you write blog entries. The release is still in beta and is free for everyone to download. While I was expecting to be as smart as Apple’s iWeb - MS keeps is it plain and sticks to the very Word like interface. Still worth a spin!

Sounds very cool for bloggers. Formatting online was an boring task. It is good to know that u can do it offline and upload it. That is really a cool one.
