I used jawbone up for 60 days. It helped me better my sleep patterns and also kept me a little more active than usual. It was motivating but had pain points that made me give up on it. If you are considering getting yourself Jawbone UP band, the following might turn out to be true:
1. You will lose the cap (I lost mine on a flight)
2. You will forget to tell the device that you are going to sleep and you are awake.
3. You’ll be bored syncing it (you have to remove it every time to sync and as you add more data sync gets slower).
4. The button to switch between day and night mode is poor design
